Services

We handle bathroom renovations across Surrey, taking you from rough-in right through to final fixture hookup.

Our licensed tradespeople sort out valve placement, drain alignment, and DWV updates to meet the BC Plumbing Code.

Whether you’re planning a custom tile shower or tracking down a leaky cartridge, the small details matter, and a few of them often get missed before the tile goes up.

Licensed Surrey Bathroom Plumbers

At Peace Arch Plumbing & Heating, our licensed plumbers handle your bathroom renovation with code-compliant installs, so your project meets every local standard from rough-in through to the final fixture hookup. We work in a way that respects your remodel, keeping things on track and saving you from reopened walls or avoidable fixes down the line.

Our team at Peace Arch Plumbing & Heating also works the White Rock–Surrey border, including West Beach and East Beach, where we help coordinate coastal remodels. Questions Often Asked

In most cases, yes, the City of Surrey requires a plumbing permit any time you move fixtures, alter drain lines, or change supply runs, and a separate building permit if your reno changes the structure of the bathroom. Cosmetic upgrades, such as a new vanity or toilet in the same location, usually don't trigger one. We handle the plumbing permit side directly and coordinate with your contractor or designer on the broader building permit so the project keeps moving forward smoothly.

Plumbing's usually the biggest expense, particularly if we're shifting fixtures, opening up tiled walls, or swapping out old galvanized lines. Here in Surrey and White Rock, code-compliant DWV work and permits rack up quickly for you as a homeowner.

Not always, but if your home was built before the 1960s or still has galvanized supply lines, it's worth assessing during a renovation while the walls are open. We check pipe condition, water pressure, and signs of corrosion as part of our rough-in inspection. If re-piping makes sense, doing it during your reno is far cheaper than tearing out new tilework later to fix a hidden leak.
